Job Description

Sales engineers specialize in explaining technical data sheet and scientifically advanced usage best fit products from the available products range. This role will especially focus on OEMs, HVAC, Refrigeration internationally.

Detailed

Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries, for direct sales in OEMs.
Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers technical requirements and needs in close coordination with the RD and production team.
Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
Targeting customer in the sector of OEMs, HVAC, Refrigeration for Axial Fans Q Motor.
Maintain and surpass the team target set for the year annually.
Coordinating for sample submission, getting it approved by OEM RD, purchase team.
Preparing weekly customer visit plan.
Monitoring RFQ on Quarterly/Yearly basis.

Competencies required (Knowledge/ Skills/ Attitude):

Technical understanding about product range.

Understanding the end customer design to advice best fit.

Communication and interpersonal skills

Coordination and tracking

Planning organising including problem solving.

Key Challenges for the job:

Developing new customers.

Understanding customer technical specifications.

Coordinating with internal teams for deliveries on time

Key Stake holders for the job:

Customer (RD, Purchase)

Internal RD, production team.
