Job Description

Post-Sales Support SolidWorks

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SolidWorks software to startup clients.
Assist customers with mechanical engineering challenges using SolidWorks tools.
Engage in problem solving and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain strong customer interaction and relationship management post-sales.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with SolidWorks (1-2 years preferred).
Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Male Candidates with Mechanical Engineering background preferred.

Experience:

1-2 years in technical support or mechanical engineering roles involving SolidWorks.
