Post-Sales Support SolidWorks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SolidWorks software to startup clients.
  • Assist customers with mechanical engineering challenges using SolidWorks tools.
  • Engage in problem solving and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain strong customer interaction and relationship management post-sales.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with SolidWorks (1-2 years preferred).
  • Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Male Candidates with Mechanical Engineering background preferred.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years in technical support or mechanical engineering roles involving SolidWorks.
