Application Engineer Presales

As an Application Engineer at our company, your role involves engaging with prospective customers to understand their workflow and recommend effective solutions from the SolidWorks suite of products. You will conduct pre-sales demonstrations, work closely with customers and our technical support team, and present webinars covering specialized modeling topics. Additionally, you will provide technical support via email and phone, create industry vertical-based technical content, and work with the Technical & Marketing Team to develop relevant material. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective customers to recommend SolidWorks solutions - Conduct pre-sales demonstrations of SolidWorks products - Work closely with customers and technical support team to present solutions - Be a certified Application Engineer as per Dassault Systems SolidWorks norms - Provide technical support and modeling assistance - Present webinars on specialized modeling topics - Create industry vertical-based technical content - Achieve quality product demonstrations - Meet target number of demos and closure ratio - Deliver benchmarks on time - Maintain quality in blogs, webinars, seminars, and technical content Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year experience using SOLIDWORKS (Simulation and PDM a plus) - B.E/Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive - Good knowledge of engineering processes and mechanical CAD terminology - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 7 (Windows 8 familiarity is an asset) - Two-wheeler is a must About the Company: Our company offers a dynamic work environment where you will be part of a team that values exceptional customer service and proactive engagement with a diverse customer base.
