Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager in the HVAC segment. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities, managing client relationships, creating sales strategies, and identifying new market opportunities. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, networking with stakeholders, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and promote Hicool's air moving solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Sales and Business Development, particularly in the HVAC segment
• Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Experience in managing client relationships and customer service
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with air moving products and HVAC industry is a plus
