 The primary responsibilities (but not limited to) for a Sr. Engineer, Quality Controls are listed below:

 Monitoring day-to-day activities for QC and job delegation.

 To coordinate with the Machine shop, Assembly, Design & Purchase department related to

Manifold block, HPU, quality related problem of incoming material etc, and clarity for the same.

 Responsible for maintaining the records of inspection reports.

 Responsible for the calibration activity of instruments and gauges.

 Responsible for conveying the inspection reports of the products to the customers for

approval/inspection and receiving their dispatch clearance.

 To prepare QAP and check sheets for critical projects.

 To attend to customers' complaints of quality problems and solve the same through interaction

with the concerned department.

 To guide all subordinate engineers.

 Preparing a vendor performance report based on incoming material quality and submitting to

concerned department, and maintaining records for the same.

 To coordinate and help other departments as and when required.

 Responsible for recording and issuing the motor test certificate to the concerned department.

 Signing of invoices related to quality acceptance for incoming material.

 Submission of the weekly pending short supply status of dispatched products and unclosed NC to

Purchase department for monitoring and closing.

 Responsible for preparing an indent for the Q.C. department for different Instruments and Gauges.
