Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for site supervision, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity during installation and handovers. This includes taking corrective actions for any identified non-conformities. You will also oversee the use of correct KONE installation methods and tools by the installation team and conduct proper risk assessments when the KONE method is not feasible. Proactive site preparations, site visits, audits, and resolving non-conformities with customers will be part of your responsibilities, supported by the Project Manager when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Verify site execution plans - Manage field costs - Organize installation activities, site storage, logistics, and necessary resources - Handle material deliveries, confirm arrival of KONE materials, perform Goods Receipt - Ensure smooth and efficient workflow on site through continuous huddles with the installation team Qualification Required: - Previous experience in site supervision or related field - Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to manage and develop a team - Familiarity with LEAN principles and continuous improvement practices Additional Details: At KONE, we value individual contributions and promote a culture of trust, respect, and recognition of good performance.
