Dear Candidate, Are you passionate about creating a zero-incident, compliant, and sustainable workplace ? Join our team as an EHS Lead and play a key role in safety management, environmental compliance , and IMS implementation across the plant. Key Responsibilities: Lead incident investigations , perform root cause analysis , and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Drive HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment) and AIA (Accident Investigation Analysis) across operations. Implement and manage Integrated Management Systems (IMS) aligned with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 . Prepare and conduct On-Site Emergency Plans & Mock Drills for emergency preparedness. Ensure statutory compliance for lifting tools, tackles, pressure vessels, and environmental monitoring. Coordinate with GPCB, DISH , and Fire Authorities for audits, inspections, and approvals. File statutory returns and maintain legal documentation related to EHS compliance. Additional Responsibilities: Conduct internal safety audits and support continuous improvement toward a zero-incident goal. Champion employee engagement initiatives to build a culture of safety and sustainability . Perform daily safety patrols and proactively mitigate workplace hazards. Maintain and analyze EHS data & records , supporting sustainability goals and initiatives. Lead Safety Committee & Management Review Meetings . Oversee EHS documentation : procedures, manuals, ISO records, and audit prep. Why Join Us?
