Engineer- QA (Automation)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer, who can create highest value for our users by building innovative, highly performant and scalable solutions. To own and Execute the SFDC testing effort from the requirement detailing till the release of the product. Should be able to align the team effort against the set roadmap identified for the product and the organization. Should be able to contribute to all phases of testing and set right expectation across different teams. Needs to identify the scope of the testing and detail out acceptance criteria and non-functional area whenever required. Must identify the testing effort required by calculating the sizing needed for the given release and plan the required effort for the same. Maximum positive/negative validations should be covered in Feature and regression testing. Should be responsible for make themselves up to the speed and should understand feature and help team reach the same speed. All dependencies, risks and issues are identified & highlighted in a timely manner - no spill over without an identified issue/risk. critical Salesforce functionalities and configurations (e.g., workflows, custom objects, Apex classes, triggers) are covered by test cases adherence to Salesforce testing best practices and compliance requirements Passionate about QA and excellent communicator having ability to engage effectively with Customers, Dev leads, Architects, Senior managers. Idea in Test Case/Task Prioritization & designing test data properly. Must have keen eye for the details. Should be able to confidently defend the defects and voice the opinion on requirement and defects. Experience in Agile development methodologies Experience in using other automation tools is added advantage. Mandatory Skills required: 2+ years of experience in Automation Testing 3 years of hands-on experience with Selenium and Java Preferred to have a prior experience in creating and implementing test plans and guiding the team in testing approach with decision makin 2 years of hands-on experience with Selenium and Java Good communication and interpersonal skills Good problem solving and analytical skills, including unstructured problems.
