Job Description

Area Incharge Quality

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of raw milk testing, chilling center operations, and FSSAI/ISO standards, along with hands-on experience in managing field quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor raw milk quality at chilling centers and milk collection points.
Conduct platform tests (COB, MBRT, Acidity, Fat & SNF, Adulteration).
Ensure adherence to
FSSAI, GMP, GHP, and ISO 22000
quality standards.
Supervise and guide BMC operators and field quality staff.
Verify proper
CIP, hygiene, and sanitation
practices at chilling centers.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and calibration of testing equipment.
Coordinate with procurement and plant QA teams for quality improvements.
Maintain quality documentation, records, and daily milk analysis reports.
Implement
CAPA
for non-conformances and customer complaints.
Train and develop field teams on milk handling and quality parameters.
