To manage budgeting, cost control, production planning and performance monitoring of mining operations, ensuring optimal resource utilization, adherence to CAPEX/OPEX budgets and timely achievement of production targets through data-driven planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and control CAPEX & OPEX budgets for mining operations and projects.
Monitor costs vs budgets, analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and track daily, monthly and annual production plans.
Coordinate with Operations, Geology, Finance, Procurement teams, etc.
Prepare MIS and management reports.
Identify operational risks, bottlenecks and cost optimization opportunities.
Ensure compliance with DGMS, safety, statutory and environmental norms.
Support audits, reviews and management decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree / Diploma in Mining / Mechanical / Engineering or related discipline.
3- 10 years of experience in budgeting, planning, and monitoring in the mining industry.
Proficiency in SAP/ERP, MS Excel and MIS reporting.
