• Work on Excel and SAP (SAP training will be provided if required)

Rental Orders Executive Heavy Equipment

Location:

We are looking for a Rental Orders Executive to handle end-to-end hiring of heavy equipment from the market based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and arrange rental of heavy equipment (cranes, boom lifts, earthmoving equipment, etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors for availability, pricing, and timelines
• Manage logistics and transportation of rented equipment to sites
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of rental orders
• Track orders, documentation, and movements using Excel and SAP

Required Profile:

• Technical background with understanding of equipment and site requirements
• Strong communication and vendor coordination skills
• Working knowledge of logistics and transportation
• Comfortable with Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred; training can be provided)
• Solution-oriented mindset with ownership and execution focus.
