Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and prepare manufacturing drawings for jigs, fixtures, QC, and assembly workstations
Create detailed component drawings and general arrangement (GA) drawings
Perform part modeling and detailing using Creo
Validate new or modified designs on test beds and maintain records
Conduct failure analysis of mechanical seals received from the field
Carry out reverse engineering activities
Review existing designs with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) considerations
Provide CAM models to the production team on time
Convert AutoCAD drawings into Creo models
Design new products as per engineering standards (ASME, ISO, DIN, etc.)
Support R&D and continuous improvement initiatives
Handle multiple projects while meeting timelines

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in rotating equipment or chemical process equipment preferred
Good communication and teamwork abilities

Tools & Systems:

Creo (mandatory)
AutoCAD
ERP systems (SAP / Odoo preferred)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
