Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets for mechanical seals, sealing solutions, and engineering products.
* Provide technical sales engineering support to customers, including product demonstrations, application assistance, and troubleshooting.
* Manage customer relationships through regular communication, follow-up calls, and proactive issue resolution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop marketing materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 0-3 years of experience in technical sales engineering or a related field.
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of mechanical seals, sealing solutions, and engineering products market trends.
