Job Description Job Title : Engineer Department : Customer Support Location : Baroda No. of Position : 3 Reports To : Manager Job Summary: This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and customer service. They will provide support and services to HI-FAB's customers in the processing industry. Key Responsibilities: Experience in Field Service, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting Strong Customer Service skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks Knowledge of mechanical seals, agitator seals, engineered sealing systems, or relevant field like pumps & Compressor is preferred Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related eld is preferred Willingness to travel for service assignments is needed Qualifications Requirements: Diploma or BE/ B Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Excellent communication skills Good planning and time management skills Proficiency in ERP software's like SAP
