About the Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer with expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and strong SQL skills to design, build, and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and enterprise data solutions. The role involves working with business stakeholders, BI teams, and data analysts to ensure accurate and efficient data integration and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS.
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
Manage data integration, transformation, and loading across multiple sources and targets.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimization of ETL processes.
Collaborate with BI, analytics, and business teams to deliver data solutions for reporting and insights.
Monitor, debug, and resolve issues in data pipelines.
Support data migration and modernization projects (on-premise to cloud, if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years of experience as a Data Engineer / ETL Developer.
Strong hands-on expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
Advanced SQL programming skills (T-SQL, query optimization, performance tuning).
Experience with SQL Server (2016/2019 or later).
Solid understanding of ETL best practices, data warehousing concepts, and relational databases.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Good to Have

Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse, or other cloud ETL tools.
Knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools.
Exposure to data lake or big data platforms.
Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for data processing.
