OSP ((Fiber) rollout

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute OSP rollout projects for POP locations and transport fiber routes.
• Manage internal teams and external partners/contractors, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Apply technical expertise in Transport technologies and FTTH network infrastructure.
• Oversee and ensure adherence to execution and audit processes for both POP and transport deployments.
• Drive initiatives to reduce CWIP (Capital Work in Progress), optimize contractor performance, and minimize store inventory.
• Ensure timely Acceptance Testing (AT) and closure of Non-Conformities (NCs) across all deployment phases.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Transport and FTTH network architecture.
• Proven experience in OSP project execution, especially in POP and long-haul transport routes.
• Excellent team leadership and vendor/partner coordination skills.
• Process-oriented with a focus on compliance, audits, and quality standards.
• Ability to track and manage CWIP, inventory, and contractor deliverables effectively.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring project timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
  

You are an ideal FIT if you have

• 4–7 years of experience in Network Planning and Fiber Deployment, ideally with exposure to both leading telecom vendors and operators.
• Proven ability to manage partners and vendors effectively in highly outsourced environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with franchisees and manage local stakeholder interactions.
• Excellent analytical thinking combined with solid techno-commercial acumen.
