Job Description

Role:

Customer Quality:

  • Investigate and Analyze customer quality issues, non-conformances, and product/service failures to determine root causes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor and track the progress of corrective actions to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with customers to address concerns, provide updates on corrective actions, and gather feedback on product/service quality.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have knowledge of 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke.
  • Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus.
