- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and zero-defect mindset.
- Manage customer complaints, CAPA, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support customer audits and provide quality performance reports.
- In depth presentation skill, Microsoft Power Point.
- Well versed with best practices All Quality Tools.
- Data Analysis to identify areas of improvement.
