Job Description

Role & responsibilities • Lead process improvement initiatives across manufacturing and assembly to enhance efficiency and reduce costs • Analyze cost of poor quality through LB study, month-wise gap analysis, target setting, and action plan implementation • Monitor effectiveness of improvement initiatives and present outcomes to top management • Conduct system audits to identify problem areas and propose cost-benefit-based solutions • Identify value-adding and non-value-adding activities on the shop floor to optimize UPH and UPPH • Analyze running line problems in collaboration with the team to minimize assembly line rejections • Implement ergonomics diagnosis, operator flexibility checks, and SMED practices to improve workflow • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with EHS guidelines and standards • Organize training sessions on Quality 6 Tools, 7QC Tools, 4M Analysis, OEE, LOB, and DMAIC for skill enhancement
