Job Description

As a Field Engineer cum Sales Executive for our rooftop solar business, your role will involve a combination of technical expertise and sales skills. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, conducting site assessments, designing rooftop solar solutions, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for rooftop solar projects including residential, commercial, and industrial setups. - Prepare technical proposals, drawings, and system designs tailored to customer requirements and site conditions. - Present and explain solar solutions to clients, emphasizing the financial and environmental benefits. - Generate leads, follow up on them, nurture client relationships, and ultimately close sales. - Coordinate with the project execution team to ensure seamless installation and commissioning. - Stay updated on the latest solar technologies, policies, and subsidies. - Offer after-sales technical support and address customer queries promptly. - Compile reports on sales performance, site visits, and market feedback.
