As an Engagement Leader, you will collaborate with clients to develop and implement consulting solutions, lead project teams, and support business development activities. Your role will involve problem-solving, client engagement, team management, and contributing to the growth of the firm. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver client engagements while supporting Principals and Partners - Assist in project design, team staffing, and preparation of project plans - Manage projects effectively within scope and timeline - Develop innovative client solutions and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders - Coach and mentor junior team members - Build professional relationships across various divisions within the organization - Contribute to new business proposals and support business development efforts - Enhance current offerings and develop innovative approaches to client work - Actively engage in learning and development activities to support consulting initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of work experience in a business environment, with 3 years in management or leadership consulting - Undergraduate degree - Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; ability to adapt to new technologies - Excellent writing skills for preparing reports - Expertise in leadership assessment & development, succession planning, team & board advisory, organizational culture, DE&I - Fluent in English **Preferred Qualifications:** - Advanced degree in Occupational/Organizational Psychology, MBA, or related field - Demonstrated interest in leadership, culture, and organizational behavior - Strong problem-solving skills, innovation, and adaptability - Exceptional interpersonal skills and commercial awareness - Ability to deliver high-quality client work - Fluency in other languages is a plus - Willingness to travel as needed Join Heidrick & Struggles as an Engagement Leader and be part of a team dedicated to shaping future-ready leaders and organizations worldwide.,
