This role ensures that critical information, expertise, and best practices are effectively collated, shared, and leveraged across the organization to enhance efficiency, innovation, and client impact. Accountabilities: Knowledge Strategy Development: Review existing, update and implement a knowledge management strategy and process for both BD & delivery materials for consulting, aligned with the firm's objectives and industry best practices. Content Curation & Management: Organize, categorize, and maintain firm-wide knowledge assets, including proposals, case studies, templates, and methodologies. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives, ensuring that teams and individuals can efficiently access and contribute insights. Technology & Tools Management: Oversee knowledge management platforms (e.g., Gateway, document management systems, box and collaboration tools) to ensure usability and effectiveness. Training & Change Management: Educate employees on knowledge management processes and promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing. Process Improvement: Identify and address knowledge gaps, streamline workflows, and enhance knowledge dissemination practices. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leadership, subject matter experts, BD and other relevant internal teams to optimize knowledge management initiatives . Measurement & Reporting: Develop metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of knowledge management programs and report insights to leadership. Key Metrics Maintain and enhance a structured knowledge repository that is easily accessible to all employees. Ensure that knowledge management processes support business goals and drive efficiency. Champion a knowledge-sharing culture within the organization through advocacy and training. Regularly update and refine knowledge assets to keep them relevant and useful. Work closely with BD & Client Operations to troubleshoot and improve knowledge management systems. Foster collaboration across teams by facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions and discussions. Provide leadership and guidance on best practices in knowledge management. The Person Qualifications & Experience Strong understanding of knowledge management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in knowledge management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Box, Microsoft 365, or similar). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in training and change management is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment BA/BS degree or equivalent 5+ years of experience in knowledge management, information management, or a related field, preferably within a professional services firm Resilient and determined to succeed Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. The Position The main role of the Consultant is to be end-end responsible for his/her workstream(s) including data gathering, interviews, analysis, insight generation, synthesis of recommendations, report writing and presentation to clients. You will be asked to develop consulting solutions as part of client engagements, to write proposals and support business development activities, and to act as engagement manager on specific workstreams within projects. You will be expected to assure that your workstream is in place according to agreed project plans and milestones and that deadlines are executed against. You should be able to pro-actively highlight issues, (for example with stakeholders or when findings are inconsistent). Specifically, you will be responsible for identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analysis, and then synthesizing conclusions into recommendations. Throughout an engagement, you will be involved in discussions and presentations with senior client leadership and you will work closely with Principals and Partners apart from Engagement Leader to shape the analysis, draw insights and prepare materials for clients. As your role progresses, you will begin to lead, manage, and own problem-solving efforts on a large portion of a client engagement or to lead on smaller engagements. The role will be based in either New Delhi / Mumbai.
