Energy Simulation Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
energy and daylight simulations
using tools such as eQuest, OpenStudio, Design Builder and similar software.
Analyze HVAC systems, lighting, and building envelopes for
energy optimization
.
Prepare detailed reports and recommendations aligned with
LEED, IGBC, GRIHA
and other green building certifications.
Ensure compliance with relevant energy codes such as
ASHRAE 90.1
,and
ECBC
.
Collaborate closely with architects, MEP engineers, and clients to integrate sustainable solutions during the design process.
Support project documentation and presentations for certification submittals.

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s/Master’s
degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years
of experience in
energy simulation
and building performance analysis.
Proficiency in
eQuest, OpenStudio
, or equivalent energy modeling tools.
Solid understanding of
ASHRAE 90.1, ECBC
, and related building energy standards.
Knowledge of HVAC system design, daylighting analysis, and building envelope performance.
Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
