Enablement Specialist - First Advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Field Readiness & Training Support - Coordinate logistics for enablement sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up communications.
- Track participation and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness. Content Creation & Management - Create and maintain enablement assets and documentation (ex: playbooks, battle cards, objection handling guides, and product cheat sheets).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content is accurate, aligned, and accessible. - Manage content repositories and ensure materials are up-to-date and easy to navigate. Project Coordination - Support cross-functional enablement initiatives, including system rollouts, process changes, and strategic campaigns.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure enablement deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business goals. Tool & Technology Enablement - Assist in the rollout and adoption of enablement platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesNavigator).
- Provide user support and training documentation to drive engagement and usage. Performance Insights & Reporting - Monitor enablement KPIs such as tool usage, content engagement, and field feedback.
- Help analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve enablement impact.

Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or GTM support roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills. - Experience with running project and managing content libraries. - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and enablement platforms. - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills - Experience in SaaS or technology-enabled services.
- Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., SmartSheets, SharePoint, MS Office 360.
