Role:
This role requires to understand what the emerging trends in the jobmarket are, job roles / skills that are in demand across various regions anddomains, forge partnerships with top employers in identified domains, andleverage these partnerships to counsel, train, place and provide post placement support to the aspiring students,thus contributing to the overalloutcomes of WGO.
Key Responsibilities:
Study the job market across regions and chart out a strategic road map to meet the WGO goals through Employer channel.
Establish strategic partnerships with top 5 employers in the sectors identified by the Foundation (Retail, Healthcare, BFSI,ITES, Auto, Beauty and Wellness, Hospitality) and with the respective sectorskill councils (NASSCOM, CII, RASHI, Healthcare, BFSI council)
Responsible for formation of Industry Advisory Council in each of the identifiedsectors and leverage their knowledge to upgrade WGO offerings.
Leverage these partnerships to
o curate / aggregate / upgrade / digitize / validate the content of various modules.
o train and place students
Identify and launch pilot programs with each partner to validate the model.
Skills & Experience:
Well networked in the country with knowledge of all key employers and connect in the specified domains (Retail,Healthcare, BFSI, ITES, Auto, Beauty and Wellness, Hospitality)
10 to 15 years of experience inbusiness development, with at-least 5 to 7 years in the staffing sector
Strong communication skills and high EQ
Strategic/Innovative Thinker
Experience to start and grow accounts.
