Employer Connect lead - Kolkata

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Study the job market across regions and chart out a strategic road map to meet the WGO goals through Employer channel.
• 
  Establish strategic partnerships with top 5 employers in the sectors identified by the Foundation (Retail, Healthcare, BFSI, ITES, Auto, Beauty and Wellness, Hospitality) and with the respective sector skill councils (NASSCOM, CII, RASHI, Healthcare, BFSI council……)
• 
  Responsible for formation of Industry Advisory Council in each of the identified sectors and leverage their knowledge to upgrade WGO offerings.
• 
  Leverage these partnerships to

o train and place students

• 
  Identify and launch pilot programs with each partner to validate the model.

Skills & Experience:

• 
  Well networked in the country with knowledge of all key employers and connect in the specified domains (Retail, Healthcare, BFSI, ITES, Auto, Beauty and Wellness, Hospitality)
• 
  10 to 15 years of experience in business development, with at-least 5 to 7 years in the staffing sector

  Awareness about latest trends in the job market

  Problem solver with hands-on, roll up your sleeves can-do attitude.
