As an Employee Relations Senior Manager at Wells Fargo, you will play a crucial role in managing Employee Relations Business Advisory and partnering with HR for one or more lines of business to address complex Employee Relations matters. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and developing Employee Relations operations for designated lines of business - Providing strategic direction for the development and delivery of effective services, products, and resources to support employees, management, and HR groups - Identifying and recommending opportunities for Employee Relations plans and programs in compliance with internal policies and labor-law requirements - Determining strategies to resolve workplace issues and taking appropriate actions - Evaluating strategies and enhancing the Employee Relations model through data analysis, trend interpretation, and metric assessment - Collaborating with professionals, consultants, managers, and leaders across various lines of business - Managing allocation of resources for Employee Relations and fostering a culture of talent development Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of Employee Relations experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education - 3+ years of management or leadership experience Desired Qualifications: - Experience consulting on diverse employee relations issues - Building effective partnerships and consulting with senior leadership - Analyzing and resolving complex employee relations problems - Strong conflict resolution, time management, and organizational skills - Ability to interact professionally with team members and management at all levels - Knowledge of human resources analytics, policies, and processes - Strong communication skills and leadership experience In this role, you will also be responsible for managing Employee Relations operations, Accommodations, and Employee Assistance programs specifically for Wells Fargo India. You will interact with stakeholders across India and the US, manage SLA, QA, QC, and metrics, provide accommodations for special employee needs, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Additionally, you will review and analyze complex Employee Relations problems, lead projects and teams, and contribute to the development of a strong talent development culture to align with business objectives and strategy.
