Employee Relations Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for creating a supportive workplace culture.  

The core job would be maintaining employee relations, consultant coverage, face to face meetings, welcome & Induction of the employees, attrition management, terminations, counselling calls, FNF of the employees, referral generation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution. 
• Collaborate with HR and management to address employee concerns and grievances. 
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. 
• Coordinate to be done with the internal stakeholders for smooth transactions. 
• Conduct training sessions on workplace policies and best practices. 
• Advise on disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws. 
• Foster a culture of open communication and inclusivity. 
• Act as the single point of contact for the consultant for all the issue resolution. 

Must Have:

• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
