Job Description

What You'll be doing:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive employee relations strategies and policies
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and other departments on employee relations matters
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances
  • Advise on disciplinary actions, performance management, and termination procedures
  • Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with legal counsel on employee relations matters
  • Lead training and development initiatives related to employee relations
  • Stay current on relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions



Requirements:


  • Education: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in human resources management or related field
  • preferred Experience: 15+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Management, or related field

  • Proven track record of managing employee relations programs and initiatives
  • Experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated ability to manage a team of HR professionals
  • Experience working in a mid-sized to large organization Skills: - Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle complex employee relations issues with confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred Other Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
