Employee Relations Advisor Specialist

As an Employee Relations (ER) Advisor at FIS, you play a crucial role in providing expert guidance to management on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting thorough investigations into intricate HR-related employee grievances and ethics cases - Resolving conflicts and recommending appropriate actions - Handling consultation actions such as TUPE, with external support for larger actions - Managing sensitive, in-depth, and escalated involuntary terminations You will be required to administer and facilitate work agreements between works councils, unions, employees, and managers, particularly in countries like Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Tunisia. This involves: - Supporting FIS Works Council leaders/presidents - Drafting proposals and communicating between parties and unions - Investigating complaints raised to the works councils - Managing workplace relationships between employees, management, and unions - Serving as a point of contact for labor inspections and queries Delivering training programs for managers and employees on employee relations topics, such as conflict resolution and effective communication, is also part of your responsibilities.
