Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Engagement Calendar Planning & Execution

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute the monthly and annual employee engagement calendar.
  • Align activities to key themes such as festivals, wellness (mental, physical, financial), learning & development, sports, and special days.
  • Introduce innovative formats such as gamified quizzes, virtual and on-floor challenges, team contests, sports events, and other fun activities.

2. Event Management (On-ground, Virtual & Hybrid)

  • Plan and execute engagement activities at Mumbai (Lower Parel) and other locations as required.
  • Coordinate logistics, venue setup, and operational support for on-floor events.
  • Manage virtual and hybrid events end-to-end, ensuring seamless employee participation.

3. Creative Communication & Campaign Management

  • Develop engaging communication content such as posters, mailers, teasers, newsletters, social media posts, and short videos/reels.
  • Promote participation through targeted campaigns across internal communication platforms.

4. Participation & Recognition Amplification

  • Highlight employee participation, achievements, event results, and success stories through newsletters and internal communication channels.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging in all engagement-related content.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Admin, and other internal partners to ensure organization-wide coverage of engagement initiatives.
  • Build relationships with external vendors, event partners, and creative agencies as required.

6. Insights, Reporting & Budget Management

  • Track participation levels, feedback, and event outcomes to measure impact.
  • Share insights and recommendations to continuously improve engagement programs.
  • Handle end-to-end budgeting for engagement activities and ensure cost-efficient execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and creative content development skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging activities end-to-end.
  • Experience with virtual engagement tools and event platforms.
  • Good coordination, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools) preferred.
  • Ability to manage budgets and handle multiple activities simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Employee Engagement, HR, or Event Management (fresh graduates with relevant internships may also be considered).
