Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and personnel administration activities across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee data management, changes, and exits).
  • Handle employee queries through HR ticketing tools and ensure timely and accurate resolution in line with service-level agreements.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and regional HR teams to support global HR processes.
  • Prepare HR reports, documentation, and audits as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive employee information.
  • Support process improvements and standardization initiatives within HR operations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in HR operations/personnel administration is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (SAP, Nessie, SuccessFactors) and ticketing tools (PISA/ServiceNow) is beneficial but not essential.
  • A natural collaborator with a focus on detail, accuracy, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts or extended hours to support regions outside India.
