The DSO Product Management team is looking for a dynamic Senior Product Specialist to join our Security Solutions Team which is a combination of FactSet Global Pricing and Fixed Income feeds. In this role, you will be expected to gain a comprehensive understanding of DSO products and delivery technologies, to be a key contributor to defining and expanding the product packages available, and to enhance and add features that provide connectivity, scalability, and enhanced usability. You will work closely with a broadly distributed group of Content, Product, Strategy, Sales & Support, Engineering, and Quality Assurance. QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech/MCA or BBA/MBA. A combination of tech and finance would be ideal, although not mandatory. 5-8 years of relevant experience to deploy technological solutions in the market data space (exchange pricing or Fixed Income). Ability to troubleshoot client issues and solve them with a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and subject matter expertise. Understands how to leverage tools and frameworks for product management such as user personas, empathy mapping, and prioritization frameworks. Is product-oriented. Can take a stand to say “No” to stakeholders/engineering and starts by defining the problems, goals and needs, and does experimentation to uncover the best solution. Familiarity with query languages (e.g., SQL) and programming languages commonly utilized in the financial industry (e.g., Python, R, Jupyter Notebook). Knowledge of data sets and technology solutions commonly utilized in the financial industry is a plus. Knowledge of data and technology workflows and end users common in the financial industry is a plus. Knowledge about the pricing of exchange listed instruments (equity and Futures and Options). Understanding of corporate actions, including dividends, stock splits, rights issues, and mergers and acquisitions events. Understanding of corporate and sovereign bond pricing, credit ratings, credit curves, and terms and conditions. Prior experience of automating workflow and improving operational efficiencies will be an added advantage. About This Role We’re looking for a full-time Manager, Teammate Success to join our Teammate Success (People) team reporting to the Senior Director, Center of Excellence. This is a hybrid role and is based out of our Hyderabad, India location. In this role, you’ll lead Gainsight’s Teammate Success Specialist team, to deliver moments that truly matter across the employee lifecycle. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed team of TS Specialists across multiple countries Act as a subject matter expert on global leave of absence, accommodations, and employment compliance across the U.S., India, Netherlands, Poland, Japan, the U.K., and growing. Serve as the primary HR compliance liaison for ISO, SOC, and other audit needs, including those connected to Talent Acquisition Manage and partner closely with Payroll for all non-U.S. markets, ensuring accurate data exchange, changes, and updates Administer and support benefits-related activities, including open enrollment, especially with deep expertise in India benefits and vendor relationships Oversee end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle operations, including record-keeping, data updates, and document compliance (e.g., ACA, EEOC, and global equivalents) Lead HR facilities and experience partnerships, including office space management and ad hoc space reservation tools like Gable Own, oversee, and continuously update internal knowledge and resource systems related to HR operations — including intranet pages, internal documentation, and global HR policies Coordinate with Strategic People Partners and internal teams to ensure HR changes and updates flow efficiently across Workday, internal systems, and communications Drive employee experience moments (Gainiversaries, TS gifting, TS response), while maintaining compliance around leave accrual, PTO tracking, and global policies Oversee global background verification processes and support M&A communications from a Teammate Success perspective This is not a complete list of responsibilities, and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business. The Opportunity We are looking for a industry experienced, highly motivated and self driven, Incident Response Specialist, someone who can rapidly address security incidents and threats as they appear with the ability to strategize and lead Incident engagements with all staffing levels. On the ground level, your job is to monitor the threats targeting Agoda and keeping attacks from occurring and/or prevent them from getting worse. In This Role, You’ll Get to: Perform end-to-end handling of all critical, high and medium cyber security incidents at Agoda Drafting incident reports & communicating incident summaries to senior leadership, end users, legal teams Write playbooks for different types of cyber security incidents and use automation to reduce MTTR time Automating repetitive tasks of incident response using automation platforms and/or programming Optimizing existing security controls to finetune the alerts & reduce false positives Gather open source and commercial threat intelligence and perform hunting across the enterprise for undetected threats Support the legal & regulatory teams as a technical SME for cyber incidents with regulatory requirements Evaluate new technologies and Driving POCs for new security products Please note : You will be expected to leverage your coding skills to develop and automate solutions that enhance our Detection and Response capabilities. Proficiency in understanding and writing code is essential, as you will play a key role in building and maintaining response automation tools What you’ll Need to Succeed: 5+ years experience in Cyber Security specifically in Incident Response field and working with 24/7 SOC teams Must have strong understand of NIST, CSF, MITRE and other cyber security framework Skilled in programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python or C++) are required for automating incident response tasks and developing custom security tools. Agoda’s TPMs play a key role in developing internal tools and platforms that improve how teams work and collaborate. In this role, you’ll focus on Operational Excellence—enabling Agoda Tech to become more effective in non-coding activities such as internal support, performance tracking, planning, and cross-functional alignment. The Opportunity As a TPM for Operational Excellence, you will lead the design, delivery, and adoption of internal tools and systems that improve the way our tech teams operate. You will work with stakeholders across engineering and product teams to understand current workflows and pain points, define opportunities, and prioritize impactful changes. While specific projects will evolve over time, your mission will remain consistent: help Agoda Tech work smarter. In This Role, You’ll Get To Own the product lifecycle from concept through implementation and iteration. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional leaders to understand internal challenges and develop scalable solutions. Work closely with Tech senior leadership to ensure alignment, visibility, and buy-in for key initiatives. Use data to inform prioritization and track the impact of your work over time. What You’ll Need To Succeed 3+ years of technical product management experience in a fast-paced environment. 5+ years total technical experience in engineering, internal platforms, developer tools, infrastructure, or similar domains. Experience designing or improving internal tools or systems used across large organizations. A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to simplify complex processes. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure where it does not yet exist. Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines. Job Description Job Summary We are looking for the Primary scientific face of the organization to ‘Thought Leaders’ & physicians for a given therapy area. You will be responsible for Identification, mapping and profiling of thought leaders of given geography and therapy area, on an ongoing basis. Roles & Responsibilities • You will be responsible for the engagement of identified key thought leaders through medical affairs activities, in alignment with the overall strategic plan • You will be responsible to execution of strategic medical affairs plan including but not limited to medical education, product education, medical evidence generation, advisory boards, pre-license activities and special projects • You will be a therapeutic area scientific expert, responsible for discussing the scientific data pertaining to products on proactive and reactive basis, patients’ treatment trends and studies in the therapeutic areas in which the Company is involved, with defined audience of leading specialists (Physicians, Pharmacists, Hospital Managers, Board Members of Scientific Societies, and other Stakeholders) and to be considered a trusted scientific counterpart • You will be responsible with therapy area lead to support optimal patient outcomes through communication of data, information, knowledge and insights in support of healthcare professional needs and organizational goals • You will have to represent the organization in various internal & external scientific platforms • You will have to gather deep insights on disease trends and treatment patterns from key thought leaders and conveying them back to the therapy lead and commercial teams. • You will need to proactively conduct disease trend analysis in identified disease segments and contribute effectively to the development of annual Medical Affairs Strategy Plan • You will be receiving and processing scientific information requests received from physicians • You will have to ensure that all activities in the region are conducted in alignment to organisation’s COBE (Code of Business Ethics) Policy and compliance guidelines. • You will need to collaborate with thought leaders to conduct therapy specific reviews, meta-analysis, case studies, case series, patient reported outcomes and publish them in reputed journals. • You will be responsible for devising an optimal training plan to ensure the flow of the latest medical developments to the sales and marketing teams. • You will jointly be responsible with the therapy area lead to support optimal patient outcomes through communication of data, information, knowledge, and insights in support of healthcare professional needs and organizational goals. • Representing the organization in various internal and external scientific platforms will be among your responsibilities. • You will be responsible for developing the Medical Affairs strategic plan for identified therapeutic areas and products. • Your ability to convert insights on disease trends and treatment patterns from key thought leaders into viable and formidable strategic plans to shape the therapeutic areas of interest will be vital. • You will be responsible for identifying knowledge gaps, practice gaps, and data gaps and developing strategic medical action plans, including but not limited to medical education, product education, evidence generation, and special projects, will fall under your responsibility. • Collaborating with thought leaders to conduct therapy-specific reviews, meta-analysis, case studies, case series, patient-reported outcomes, and publishing them in reputable journals will be part of your role. • Handling complex questions from healthcare professionals related to GGI products or disease areas to satisfaction will be a key responsibility. • You will be responsible for ensuring that all activities in the therapeutic area are conducted in alignment with Dr. Reddy's COBE (Code of Business Ethics) Policy and compliance guidelines will be essential. • You will be responsible for ensuring that all promotional, physician, and patient education materials are approved within stipulated timelines and in alignment with Dr. Reddy's Promotional Material approval policy. • As a product pipeline champion, you will have the ability to identify unmet needs through active stakeholder interactions and actively contribute to the new product ideation and development of differentiated products. Qualifications Educational Qualification- MBBS with full time post-graduate qualification of at least 2-years’ duration in any discipline of medicine/ M.B.B.S with M.B.A. from a reputed institute Minimum work experience- Fresh postgraduate or up to 2 years of experience in Field based Medical Affairs. Skills & attributes – Technical Skills • Strong academic record with deep knowledge of the therapeutic area, strength in research with knowledge of research methodologies and interpretation of medical data • Experience with scientific acumen and communication skills in order to be accepted by leading specialists in peer-to-peer relationship • Experience with complex business environments preferred • Strong track record of success as demonstrated through annual performance ratings and/or professional accomplishments and awards.
