Overall Experience

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years overall development experience, including at least 2–3 years of hands-on work in Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams or managing projects as a Project Leader or Team Leader.
  

Technical Skillset

• Proficient in Generative AI (GenAI), including hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, LLaMA, and other open-source models.
• Strong experience in building intelligent chatbot interfaces that leverage LLMs for natural language understanding.
• Expertise in integrating LLMs with structured data sources, including databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle), Excel sheets, and APIs.
• Proficient in Python and frameworks like LangChain for building LLM-powered applications.
• Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Prompt Engineering for accurate query generation.
• Hands-on experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask) for creating scalable API-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases (FAISS, Chroma) for efficient semantic search and memory management in conversational AI.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong debugging, documentation, and communication skills.
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build intelligent chat interfaces using LLMs over structured datasets.
• Work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks to build retrieval-based AI apps.
• Integrate AI models with sources like PostgreSQL, CSV/Excel, MongoDB, and REST APIs.
• Design clean and responsive interfaces using Streamlit, FastAPI, or similar.
• Optimize prompts and RAG pipelines to ensure accurate, real-time responses.
• Collaborate with designers, data engineers, and PMs to deliver full-stack AI solutions.
• Deploy applications using Docker, Git, and optionally cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design secure, efficient, and scalable solutions.
• Lead comprehensive technical discussions with team members and provide guidance.
  

Additional Skills

• Building user interfaces in React or Streamlit.
• Experience with fine-tuning LLMs or contributing to open-source GenAI projects.
• Familiarity with cloud deployments
