About the Role

Embedded Software Engineer

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Develop MCU driver code and embedded software modules based on business and technical requirements
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to enable product use cases
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues
• Perform unit testing and bug fixing to ensure high software quality
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable

  C/C++

  code
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement effective solutions
• Maintain code quality, structure, documentation, and automation standards

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of

  software development life cycle (SDLC)

  and methodologies
• Proficiency in

  C/C++ programming

  for embedded systems
• Experience in

  real-time, resource-constrained embedded environments

• Hands-on experience with

  ARM cores

  and MCU peripheral drivers such as:
• UART, I2C, SPI, GPIO, RTC, DMA, Watchdog, etc.
• Experience with

  RTOS

  (FreeRTOS preferred)
• Knowledge of scripting languages like

  Python

  is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and globally distributed teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and in teams

🎓 Education & Experience

• 5+ years

  of hands-on embedded software development experience

• B.Tech / M.Tech / BE / ME / M.Sc / MS

  in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
