Work Level : Individual Core : Communication Skills, Self Motivated, Result Driven Leadership : Building Work Relationships Industry Type : Banking Function : Relationship Manager Key Skills : Current Account,Current Account sales,MNC Client,Corporate Account,Diplomatic Segment Rm,Embassy Account Education : Graduate Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner Role & Responsibilities Work closely with Embassy RM’s on leads to Acquire New-to-Bank business banking accounts with focus on Premium CA, CMS products (POS, QR, IPG, API), TFX, SA, Working Capital Finance and Retail Assets. Develop new high net-worth customer relationships for retail liabilities & assets. Ensure quality of sourcing by acquiring Potential UHNI Clients. Build a strong portfolio of PCA, EXIM clients with focus on client profitability. Enrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activities and increase customer stickiness by providing corporate banking products like Tax payment, Internet banking, Trade products, CMS etc. Acquiring and managing both business individual (resident and NRI) clients. Increase product penetration and exit barriers, by cross- selling more number of products per client. Performing Portfolio allocations, reviews & financial check-ups for each client at defined frequency. Collaboration with product specialists to ensure engagement of clients with superior and tailored wealth management and business banking solutions. Work in close coordination with Client Experience Manager’s to deliver superior service to clients. Responsible for achieving the allocated targets pertaining to CA productivity and fee income through Trade & Debit cards and CMS. Ownership of self-acquired product portfolio, pricing, revenues (including fee).
