You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing industry-specific mass email campaigns to support client acquisition and engagement. You will collaborate with the business development team to identify high-potential industries, manage client databases, and enhance our outreach through strategic email communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Industry-Wise Mass Mailing Execute targeted bulk email campaigns segmented by industry (e.g., IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare) to promote recruitment services. 2. Email List Building & Management Build and maintain detailed databases of potential and existing clients, categorized by industry, company size, and key decision-makers. 3. Client Prospecting & Research Research and compile contact details of HR professionals, Talent Acquisition Managers, and other decision-makers using LinkedIn and other online tools. 4. Campaign Follow-Up Track and analyze campaign performance metrics. Follow up on replies, inquiries, and potential leads generated through email campaigns. 5. Inbox & Lead Management Professionally manage campaign-related email responses and ensure timely communication with prospects and clients. 6. Team Collaboration Coordinate with the business development team to align email marketing strategies with recruitment goals and outreach plans. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 6 month to 1 year of hands-on experience in email marketing or B2B outreach. Familiarity with email marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data organization and tracking. Ability to conduct online research and generate qualified leads using LinkedIn and similar platforms.
