Technical Content Writer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Content Writer to communicate complex engineering, sustainability, and infrastructure concepts in a clear and engaging manner. This role will support Beratung Consultants positioning as a trusted leader in green building practices, MEP solutions, commissioning, and ESG compliance. The writer will collaborate with technical and business teams to create impactful content that drives client engagement, industry recognition, and sustainable transformation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Development & Execution

• Research, draft, and deliver content on MEP engineering, sustainability, energy simulation, commissioning, and certifications (LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, etc.).
• Simplify technical subjects into engaging blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and client-facing documents.
• Create SEO-optimized content for digital platforms, ensuring visibility and relevance.

2. Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with engineering, sustainability, and business development teams.
• Document case studies, technical success stories, and thought-leadership content.
• Align content with project milestones, client deliverables, and industry trends.

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Edit, proofread, and refresh existing content to reflect evolving industry regulations.
• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with green building standards.
• Maintain proper documentation for internal and external publications.

4. Quality Assurance & Knowledge Building

• Review and refine content for clarity, credibility, and technical correctness.
• Contribute to developing knowledge assets and case studies for future use.
• Support branding initiatives by highlighting Beratungs value proposition across sectors (data centers, pharma, healthcare, commercial projects).

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience in

  technical content writing

  with a portfolio in engineering, infrastructure, or sustainability domains.
• Strong ability to translate

  technical concepts (MEP, green building, energy, ESG)

  into simple, client-friendly content.
• Excellent research, writing, and editing skills.
• Familiarity with SEO, content management systems, and industry documentation formats.
• Educational background in

  Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, or related technical fields

  (preferred).
• Prior exposure to consulting, real estate, data centers, pharma, or green building projects is an advantage.
