Email Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted

  email marketing campaigns

  to generate and qualify leads for Digital Marketing, SEO, and Software Development services.
• Build, segment, and manage email databases tailored to different verticals and buyer personas.
• Write compelling email copy and subject lines to maximize open and click-through rates.
• Use automation tools (like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.) to set up workflows, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences.
• Perform A/B testing to optimize email performance.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and report on KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development team to align email campaigns with lead generation goals.
• Monitor lead quality and implement strategies to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in

  email marketing and B2B lead generation

  , specifically in Digital Marketing, SEO, and/or IT services.
• Strong understanding of CRM and email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Experience with lead scoring, funnel optimization, and campaign analytics.
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
