Job Description

What Youll Do

Create email templates and set up WhatsApp + email campaigns
Build and maintain automation flows (with guidance)
Write clear, engaging email copy and coordinate with designers for creatives
Run hygiene & QA checks across templates, flows, lists, and links
Track performance (opens, clicks, conversions) and suggest improvements

What You Need

Strong copywriting skills
Understanding of retention basics (segmentation, lifecycle stages, LTV, churn)
Basic familiarity with email/CRM tools like Klaviyo , zoko , etc. OR comfortable with learning new tech quickly
Comfortable analysing campaign data and spotting insights
Detail-oriented with good communication & coordination skills
Bonus
Experience in D2C retention or lifecycle marketing
Exposure to consumer/e-commerce brands

Preferred Background

6 months to 2 years of experience in D2C retention or lifecycle marketing.
Prior exposure to consumer brands or e-commerce environments.
A detail-oriented approach with a focus on consistency and campaign hygiene.
