Urgent Hiring: Email Marketing Specialist at Way for Web
Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai (On-site)

Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month (in-hand)

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Design & Execution: Create and execute effective email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automation sequences.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTRs), and conversions to optimize campaigns for success.
• Audience Segmentation: Segment email lists and personalize content to increase relevance and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop visually appealing email templates that align with brand guidelines.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM, to maintain best practices and protect customer data.

Requirements

• Proven experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of email campaign metrics and performance analysis.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and design.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
