Email Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. Create engaging email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action. Segment email lists based on various criteria to target specific audiences. Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and improve conversion rates. Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights. Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates. Requirements: 1 Year - 2 years of experience in email marketing or a related field. Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mail Chimp, Constant Contact). Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
