BEGAWN IT Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. If you're a recent graduate with excellent communication skills and a desire to build a career in IT sales and client engagement, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients online (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) Assist in generating leads through bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. Learn to communicate project scopes and services effectively Proposal Assistance: Support in drafting business proposals and client emails Learn to tailor proposals to client needs under guidance Follow-ups & Reporting: Assist in follow-ups with potential leads Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes Prepare basic reports on outreach and progress Market Research & Learning: Keep track of IT service trends and competitor strategies Learn how to position company offerings as per client needs Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably BBA, BCA, B.Tech, or equivalent) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Eagerness to learn online bidding and client engagement Basic understanding of IT services and digital platforms (a plus) Confident, self-motivated, and proactive Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
