What You’ll Be Doing:

This is a non-automated, highly personalized outreach role focused on identifying potential B2B clients and sending customized email pitches manually via Microsoft Outlook & paid emails & LinkedIN Outreach.


Responsibilities:

  • Send personalized emails manually (Outlook+Paid Email+LinkedIN Outreach)
  • Scrap B2B contacts from all scraping tools before outreach
  • Write industry-specific, business-relevant email content
  • Track responses and maintain lead sheets in Excel or CRM
  • Follow up with warm leads consistently and professional
  • Achieve 3000-4000 daily outreach and 200 qualified B2B leads monthly
  • Update daily performance and lead progress report
  • Manage all task & trackers according to organization SOP




You’re a Perfect Fit If You:

  • Have 250 Email ids for email blasting
  • Have 2–3 years of experience in manual B2B email outreach
  • Can write clear, professional, and customized email content
  • Are skilled at researching industries, job roles, and pain points
  • Are fluent in written English and email etiquette
  • Work with discipline and consistency to hit monthly targets
  • Are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-growing brand
  • High confidence level, commitment-oriented with a growth mindset
  • Expert in team coordination & willing to work in fast payable environment
  • Real time decision making for your work growth
  • Target achievement techniques, Incentive earning & Result oriented




Mandatory:

2-3 yrs of experience in B2B contact selling companies or similar industry


Qualifications & Skills:

Any graduate/MBA or equivalent
