Experience Required: 3+ years We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with a strong background in lead generation. You will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing email campaigns to drive customer engagement, nurture leads, and boost conversions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads Optimize segmentation, personalization, and automation to improve engagement and conversion rates. Track and analyze email performance metrics, providing data-driven insights for improvement. Ensure email deliverability and compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align email strategies with business goals. Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and timing. Requirement: 3+ years of experience in email marketing with a strong focus on *lead generation*. Proficiency in email marketing platforms Strong understanding of email segmentation, automation, and campaign performance metrics. Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
