Email Marketing Account Manager (B2B & B2C) and Web Designer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a versatile and skilled professional who can manage end-to-end digital marketing and design operations. This all-in-one role combines email design, web design, and email marketing account management for both B2B and B2C brands. The ideal candidate should be creative, technically strong, and comfortable managing client communication as well as project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Email Design & Development

• Design modern, responsive email templates and marketing creatives.
• Build and test HTML email templates compatible across major email clients.
• Ensure brand consistency and high visual standards across all email assets.

Web Design

• Create website layouts, landing pages, and digital graphics.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness and user-friendly navigation.

Email Marketing Account Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Plan, set up, and execute email campaigns and automation flows.
• Manage segmentation, scheduling, and campaign optimization.
• Track performance KPIs and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of all tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in email design, web design, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in email tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for email design.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills for client-handling.
• Strong eye for detail, organization, and project management.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines across multiple client accounts.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

• Experience working with B2B and B2C brands.
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Understanding of email deliverability best practices.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹38,124.56 per month
