Operations & Data Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented individual with 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry to join our growing team as an Operations & Data Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working on digital tools, and internal operations within a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with documents, spreadsheets, and basic data assets
• Manage and organize data across platforms like Google Sheets and Docs
• Assist with basic creative tasks on Canva (no graphic design experience required)
• Perform online research and collect relevant content/data as needed
• Support team with general operational and coordination tasks

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry (any role)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working on a computer for extended hours
• Proficiency with:
• Google Docs, Google Sheets
• Internet search tools and cloud-based platforms
• Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Canva or other online design tools
• Familiarity with task management tools like Trello, Asana, Notion
• Prior experience in operations, email marketing, or data-related roles
