Role Description

If improving inbox placement, fixing domain-reputation issues, and scaling outbound safely are your zone of genius, I want to talk to you. We’re running high-volume campaigns and need someone who knows how to build and maintain a bulletproof outbound system. You should be solid with: •⁠ ⁠Warm-up frameworks •⁠ ⁠DMARC, DKIM, SPF •⁠ ⁠Reputation recovery •⁠ ⁠Bounce reduction •⁠ ⁠IP/domain strategy •⁠ ⁠Building cold email campaigns that get replies (not spam tags) If you’re someone who lives inside Postmaster tools, understands the science behind inboxing, and knows how to pull emails out of “spam hell”, drop a comment or DM me.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple client projects across B2B and SaaS domains.
  • Drive project execution and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategy with execution.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator effectively to support lead generation and sales tracking.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity at every stage.
  • Monitor performance indicators and ensure successful project outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and project management, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to handle client and internal conversations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Management, or a related field.
