Role Overview: The Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metric guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects and assisting them in finding suitable partners, were expected to intract with HNI clients,celebrity,politicians and business tycoons.
