Age:
27-39 years
Agency Experience:
Minimum of 3 years
BFSI Experience:
At least 5 years of sales experience, including 3 years in life insurance
Local Experience:
Must have been based in the city of application for at least 3 years
Stability:
Stable employment history with no frequent job changes (minimum 2 years of average stability)
Business Volume:
Managed 30-50 lakhs in the last financial year
Education:
Graduate (No diplomas)
Team Management:
Managed at least 10 agents or team members
Achievements:
Quantifiable achievements like MDRT, COT, or TOT
Average Vintage:
At least 5 years in the last two organizations
